Do you offer any guarantee? 

Yes! We do have a guarantee – in the case that you get unlucky or suspended, we’ll replace it free of charge for you. We take pride in our service, and want to make sure you’re selling again.

How long does it take after ordering to receive an account? 

It usually takes 24 to 72 hours for the billing department to confirm your payment and for the technical department to prepare your services and deliver to you.

How do I withdraw money from your accounts? 

If you’re in the United States or Canada, the easiest way to get your money would be to add your own bank and withdraw the money. If you’re outside the United States and Canada, you can send the money to another account and withdraw it (this does not apply for Amazon).
